Add opencontainer labels to docker image

Tools like renovate, dependabot and socket will use opencontainer docker labels to inline changelogs in PRs/comments when updating

Othertools probably use the same standard labels

I was looking into how to provide a PR, but I can't figure out how the container is built and pushed. I'm guessing directly on docker hub?

Do you want me to make a PR that adds a github action to do it?

If its on docker.io directly, i'm actually surprised they don't auto populate the fields
