Please bring back the Hardware Requirements document

I was looking for the system requirements to install and run Pulp. But there is none in the current documentation at https://pulpproject.org.

There was one though. The file was available up to branch 3.56:

Then, as part of this effort #4950, it is not clear it if was discarded entirely or forgotten.

Please provide a replacement for the Hardware Requirements document.
