Issues upgrading Quasar app

Hi, I upgraded Quasar to the new major version:

$ quasar upgrade -m

  Quasar CLI · Gathering information with npm...

 quasar: 1.16.0 → 2.1.2
 @quasar/app: 2.2.10 → 3.1.3

 Run "quasar upgrade -i -m" to do the actual upgrade.

The upgrading process went smoothly. Now, I encounter breaking changes, and I can't figure what causes them or how to solve them. I tried deleting node_modules and package-lock with no change.

$ quasar dev -m pwa

 App •  DONE  • "UI" compiled with errors • 6125ms


 App •  ERROR  •  UI  in ./src/boot/i18n.js

Module not found: Can't resolve imported dependency "vue-i18n"
Did you forget to install it? You can run: npm install --save vue-i18n


 App •  COMPILATION FAILED  • Please check the log above for details.

Needless to say vue-i18n is already installed, and my IDE perfectly understands that as well.

Is this a known issue? I could not find anything similar on this topic.

It was oddly complicated to find. Anyway, consider this as closed.
