• Find co-organizers. It's a lot of work, but always a lot of fun. No experience is necessary; checkout the workshop cookbook if it's new to you.
• Work out budget for the workshop
• Find sponsors for the workshop, based on budget
• Read through the Fundraising and Accounting Docs

Two to four weeks out, we can:

• Plan a teacher training
• Order breakfast

After the workshop, we can:

• Retro
