New feature - Direct text editing for heading and description

This feature will allow a user to edit blurb heading and description directly within the blurb, without the need to use the Properties Pane.

This feature should integrate updates made to the heading and description together so that if a change is made directly in the blurb, the Properties Pane is automatically updated.

Potential conflict - If the Properties Pane allows text formatting, directly updating the text via the blurb may remove all formatting unless direct editing also includes a text formatting editor.

This feature has been added to the Blurb title and text for version 1.0 and is currently being tested via SharePoint workbench. So far the results are good, however, I'd like to tweak the appearance of the title input field before closing this issue.

Users will be able to update both the blurb title and blurb text directly in the blurb itself when in "Edit Mode".
