Current behavior
When you add a lot of block this goes out of bounds and there is no way to scroll this.
I added 2 blocks under the 1-43 but as you can see i can't scroll under that block.
Expected behavior
A scrollable/draggable div.
Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions
Add more then 16 blocks in the demo guide --> proximity --> simple
