textbox cannot be resized vertically

Current behavior

When attempting to resize the textbox, it only grows horizontally. This makes editing large documents tedious.

Expected behavior

Resize should work along both axis

Environment

Tested on Chrome 121.0.6167.184 (Official Build) (x86_64) and Safari, on latest release
