Reconnecting socket when app comes from background to foreground?

Error log :-
ReconnectingWebSocket: Couldn't connect to "ws://localhost:8081/message
Not able to reconnect mqtt when app comes from background to foreground with same subscription
Is there any method to reconnect mqtt?
