[Bug]: Missing `PortableCommandAlias`

What happened?

PortableCommandAlias from previous version is missing when updating with komac.

komac update streamerbot.streamerbot -v 1.0.1 -u https://streamer.bot/api/releases/streamer.bot/1.0.1/download --dry-run

komac update OpenAI.Codex -v 0.25.0 -u https://github.com/openai/codex/releases/download/rust-v0.25.0/codex-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.exe.zip --dry-run

komac update dundee.gdu -v 5.31.0 -u https://github.com/dundee/gdu/releases/download/v5.31.0/gdu_windows_amd64.exe.zip --dry-run

komac update Oven-sh.Bun -v 1.2.21 -u https://github.com/oven-sh/bun/releases/download/bun-v1.2.21/bun-windows-x64.zip --dry-run

Also happens on this package if you need more testcases:

komac update int128.kubelogin -v 1.34.2 -u https://github.com/int128/kubelogin/releases/download/v1.34.2/kubelogin_windows_amd64.zip https://github.com/int128/kubelogin/releases/download/v1.34.2/kubelogin_windows_arm64.zip
