feat: if the API is not running avoid starting a calibration

Right now we let the user to start calibrating the system without validating if the API is up and running.
Implement "something" that allows to block the user perform calibrations and improve the UX of the user.

I propose implementing a pre-check mechanism that:

A) uses a component in the frontend that validates API before enabling calibration (via a /api/ check) and for backend we can use a check that defines an HTTP GET route /api/health and If API is down, this endpoint won’t respond.

B) Disables the Calibration Button if the API is down, displaying a clear response message.

C) Provides a Retry Mechanism to auto-check API status periodically.
Also if there is anything you can guide me with or provide more details regarding this, that would be really helpful..

Hey, @marcgc21 I have added a new route GET /api/session/health , which is hit before starting the calibration to check whether the API is up or not. If not, it will send an alert message that the backend api is not up.
