Revert removal of DoubleIndentClassDeclaration which was erroneously marked as having been deprecated since scalariform 0.1.5 (in reality the deprecation occurred in 0.2.0-snapshot).

While DoubleIndentClassDeclaration has been superseded by DoubleIndentConstructorArguments, sbt-scalariform users will need a deprecation warning in order to know about the new DoubleIndentConstructorArguments flag when the next version of sbt-scalariform is released.

formatterPreferences.properties file now includes all settings and their default values, sorted A-Z
