[Enhancement] Option to disable the file received sound effect

What problem is solved by the new feature
Anything else that is playing in the background has to be paused to play the sound effect on iOS. Having to resume whatever I was listening to after transferring a file to my phone is cumbersome.

Describe the feature
A new option to disable the sound effect. The desktop notification icon that is not visible on mobile could be reused for this purpose, or a new icon could be added for it. However, adding more options this way could clutter the interface. Therefore, it might also be useful to implement a new page/interface specifically for configuring settings.

I had found that to be quite annoying as well so I have removed the sound effect on mobile devices for v2.0 (#267).
As the sound does not interfere with other audio playing on Desktop devices, I decided to keep it for these for now.

Would be nice if it could be an option, rather than just removed for all mobile devices. It can be useful at times to be able to hear confirmation that a transfer went through.
