Fix The APKTOOL Version to newest out instead of 2.6.0

Can you please fix the apktool version to the newest one out as when i try to create a backdoor android apk it simpy doesnt work becuase the apk tool is old old and the current one it works on its saying is 2.9.2 but ccan you update it to 2.12.2
