CSI driver support for Huawei Oceanstor

Is the CSI driver (https://github.com/Huawei/eSDK_K8S_Plugin) for Huawei Oceanstor storage working for file storage (NFS) and block storage (NVMe) with Talos Linux? Are backup, restore, and snapshots working for volumes as well?
