Using an ICNS file (not directory)

When the application has an ICNS file as its icon, this script fails:

```
✖ Error: ENOTDIR: not a directory, open 'Application.app/Contents/Resources/Application.icns'
```

For those of us using icns files, this is a dealbreaker.
