Document the visual editor for launch configuration #1692
Description
The current chapter about configuring the IDE only discusses creating and editing launch.json file manually. We now have a visual editor for launch conifguration and while we still want to document the fact you can edit launch.json I think we should present the editor as the first option because it provides much simpler steps for getting the initial configuration and also gives direct link to editing launch json files
