Recommended way to handle cancellation when using Progress?

Hi,

I’m experimenting with Spectre.Console and had a quick question.

When using Progress, is there a recommended way to handle cancellation
(e.g. via CancellationToken), or is it expected to be handled externally
by stopping the task?

I checked the documentation but wanted to confirm the intended approach.
