You don't need to wait. OkHttp 4 and 5 are binary compatible. Just update the OkHttp dependency in your application and everything will continue to work. But to answer your question directly: yes. However, there are no releases planned at this time. |

I saw that the OkHTTP dependency version in trunk looks to be 5.3.0. Should we expect the 3.1.0 release or next version to include OkHTTP 5?
For the record, I am interested because OkHTTP 5 should be more compatible with GraalVM. Right now, 4.12.0 causes native image builds to fail. Would be really cool to see if V5 solves that issue.
