v1.2 release

This release adds on the fly notes to the export, cleans up a few code areas, fixes a bug or two, and cleans up the overall PDF layout (including making top title line wrap correctly if running to more than one line).

v1.1 release

This release changes the way fields are chosen in the config. Previously, the config allowed a list of IDs to exclude, now the list is IDs to include. Along with this, the fields will be output to the PDF in the order they are placed in the config include field (killing two birds with one stone :))

Initial release

This is the very first release of the pdf_export plugin for ResourceSpace. It has been tested on 7.1 and later versions of ResourceSpace, no guarantees on if it will work on earlier versions (but it probably will on some of them).
