[ ] issue in text mode

Today I was looking for a "[pattern]" in Text mode, but noticed gW found matches similarly to RegEx mode (!?):

I guess it's a bug as I wanted to find exactly those chars including square brackets, not a range...

The screenshot shows that you have checked the box "treat files as binary", which combined with the detected code pages for the found files as UTF-16-LE (column "Codifica" in your screenshot), this then leads to wrong detections.

It finds everything when included in sq brakets []...
I can search for [i93-!3r] or [whatever] and will always match in almost every binary file (!??). Are you sure it's ok?
Yes, I was looking exactly for "[Engine]" into binary files, and if I search for "Engine" won't find anything (correct), but with [Engine] it matches a big number of files... this led me to the idea sq brakets seem to act as a RegEx also in Text mode.

Is this just an unfortunate coincidence due to UTF-16-LE automatic search, or maybe a bug with [] + UTF-16-LE ?
It basically makes "[any text]" searches in binaries unreliable (only) when using sq brakets.
