Serve mcp over streamable http transport

It's preferred nowadays to serve mcp over streamable http transport instead of stdio. It looks like that would be possible to change in main. That would make possible deploying and using an mcp server over the network.

I'm tied up for the foreseeable future, and I have never worked with typescript, but if I can I will.
