Fix sorting of titles

Sorting by title does not work as expected, as you should not be sorting on a text field. We need a copyfield for title into string and then sort by that. We also need to change some of the sort defaults.

We need to update the solr config/schema on the solr cloud and then re-index everything to finish this.
