[Feature Request] Make MCP corporate friendly by having a completely local version

Describe the problem

When I try to use it in my corporate job, my jobs infrastructure security blocks access to `svelte.dev´.

code: 'ENOTFOUND',
syscall: 'getaddrinfo',
hostname: 'svelte.dev'

I cannot use a public MCP; I can only use a self-hosted one, and this issue is blocking me from doing it locally.

Describe the proposed solution

Make it possible to download whatever documents (and et al. from Svelte.dev) are needed to have it self-hosted within a job environment.

Hey @charnley thanks for the issue...we already plan to make the local version "offline first" by shipping it with the docs (or ship a command to download them at a previous time).

There's also another idea #44 to allow you to self-host the MCP. Stay tuned for more info soon.
