Support OpenAPI 3.2

Appologies for not using the issue template, the template is tid too specific to what is not technically a single "feature".

[OpenAPI 3.2 has just released](https://github.com/OAI/OpenAPI-Specification/releases/tag/3.2.0) and it would be great if we could support its new features.
