[bug]: Megadropdown animation when one dropdown is already open #6576

🐞 Describe the bug
When switching from one megadropdown to the other, there should be no animation. Only when there is no open megadropdown, there should be the opening animation and when no new megadropdown opens, there should be a closing animation. This seems to be a regression and makes using the megadropdown more nervous and visually distracting than it needs to be.
