[Header] Split [base] Header into header variants?

The list of sub-issues of [base] Header is growing. To me, it gets more difficult to quickly identify which sub-issues belong to which header variant.

Therefore question: Do we want to split [base] Header into e.g.

• [base] Header Post Portal
• [base] Header ...

Proposals so far:

• Split on different base tickets for the different headers -> cons: what do we do with tickets that relate to different headers?
• Keep the [base]: header ticket, have subtickets for the different headers that would be parents of their own issues (three levels of tickets) -> pros: works well in the [base]: header ticket view as we would see all tickets sorted correctly ; cons: splits everything in the table board
• Keep everything as is -> cons: hard to find a ticket as the list is long (36 tickets so far)
