Description
What happened?
After performing tests on this new version, where initial verification confirmed that Ledger connections were working correctly, a precautionary check was carried out to ensure that Trezor integration continued to operate as expected, as it had in previous versions.
During this verification, it was found that Trezor failed to connect to any network, displaying a generic error message and generating no logs in the debugger console.
To test a possible incompatibility between Trezor and Ledger —since Ledger was connected at the time— all Ledger connections were unlinked across all networks. Once this was done, Trezor started to connect and function correctly.
Then, to confirm the hypothesis —that Pali cannot handle more than one hardware wallet at the same time— the process was repeated in reverse: with Trezor connected, an attempt was made to connect Ledger, which resulted in the same connection error across all networks.
After unlinking Trezor, Ledger once again connected correctly on all networks, confirming the observed behavior.
In conclusion, it was confirmed that Pali Wallet is currently unable to maintain more than one hardware wallet connection simultaneously.
