Ordered proposals

You could potentially show the list of proposals based on which ones will be funded and in what order. For example, There could be two different headings on the proposals page, "Funded" and "Unfunded", then proposals would be listed in the order that they would be funded (or not funded), based on the amount of Sysavailable and the number of votes.

A "Sort by" toggle: Age/Amount/Votes would satisfy these requirements.

Sorting by age/amount/votes wouldn't make it clear to the user which proposals will be funded based on the amount of Syscoin available and number of votes etc. The idea here is to make it as simple as possible for the user to understand which ones will be funded. I'd see the "Sort by" as something separate to this.
