Get Repos By Name #2
Description
Add infrastructure to create an enpoint to allow us to get a list of repos by their name.
Infra needed
- new lambda function
- new route on the API (maybe GET repos/:id)
- connect the API > lambda > dynamoDB table to get needed permissions
