Panels please

Hi,

I found that Bootstrap Panels no longer working. I.e., after I put the Bootstrap Panels from
https://www.w3schools.com/Bootstrap/bootstrap_panels.asp
into <div class="card-body">

Their style have completely lost--

How can I get any kind of Panels working within sleek-dashboard? Thx!
