Why?
Welsh is not included in the default language set, and @Evroble has confirmed that the app works fine except for these errors being thrown. So let's not fail the whole app just because of these "MISSING_DATA" complaints from the library, which is happening because Chrome does not ship with Welsh as a standard language.
Solution?
I did the solution referenced here: formatjs/formatjs#4352 (comment)
