Create new "How to Debug" module

• Get asset from Nohemi and add to the repo
  • provide her with a description of the new module and whether its beginner, intermediate, advanced, or a bonus module
  • The name of the file should match the module's slug
• Write up skills and a description for the module
  • Share in #onramp channel for feedback and make updates as needed
• Find at least 3-5 resources for the module
• Create a new module via Nova on onramp.dev
  • link to related resources, skills, track and/or glossary terms
• Update the seeder files locally and push to repo: Sync and seed data from production #537
