Feature Request: Mutually Exclusive option

Feature Request:
Seems there is has been some requests for this already:
#1802, #1855

So just creating a new issue to show interest!

The way I would see this working is something like either

• .xor(group: string)
• exclusiveGroup(group: string)
• exactlyOne(group: string)

Additional functionality could include

• groups being allowed to be an array (an option being allowed to belong to multiple exclusive groups)
• ability to set allow exactly x per group instead of just exactly 1 (exclusiveGroup(group: string, number: number)
• ability to set up bounds per group instead of just exactly x (exclusiveGroup(group: string, number: number, max: number) (first number is min)

Though I am not sure if the added functionality of these other options would be worth the complexity

I don't understand how you intend group: string to be used. If you have options for foo (-f, --foo) and bar (-b, --bar), what might the setup look like?

With the following:

  .addOption(new Option('-f, --foo').exclusiveGroup('group1')
  .addOption(new Option('-b, --bar').exclusiveGroup('group1')

One of either foo or bar would be required.

With the following:

program
  .addOption(new Option('-f, --foo').exclusiveGroup('group1')
  .addOption(new Option('-f2, --foo2').exclusiveGroup('group2')
  .addOption(new Option('-b, --bar').exclusiveGroup('group1')
  .addOption(new Option('-b2, --bar2').exclusiveGroup('group2')

One of either foo or bar AND one of either foo2 or bar2 would be required. So only the following combinations would be possible: foo, foo2, foo, bar2, bar, bar2, bar, foo2

For a more complex array option (again not sure if the complexity is worth it), if one wanted to make sure that the only possible combinations were:
foo, bar2 or foo2, bar they could write the following:

  .addOption(new Option('-f, --foo').exclusiveGroup(['group1', 'group3'])
  .addOption(new Option('-f2, --foo2').exclusiveGroup(['group2', 'group3])
  .addOption(new Option('-b, --bar').exclusiveGroup(['group1', 'group4'])
  .addOption(new Option('-b2, --bar2').exclusiveGroup('group2', 'group4])
