couchbase_task_rebalance_progress always shows 0 #51
Description
The couchbase_task_rebalance_progress metric always shows 0, regardless if there is actual rebalance in progress (the couchbase_cluster_balanced metric correctly shows the status). Is there anything I'm missing permission-wise to get this to work?
