Supporting the Development of StaticCompiler.jl

I guess in light of juliac the interest in this project reduced in some ways.
Yet I think for the short term (1-2 years, maybe more) this can be a viable and working alternative.

I assume the problem working on this is about resource allocations.
I was wondering, how much, given a budget, this project can be pushed forward.

• A budge of 5,000$.
• A budget of 10,000$.
• A budget of 20,000$.

What would you aim for given each budget?
