"GetFrameworksdkPath" does not exist in the project!

Hello,
i'm using VS 2015 Enterprise Update 1,
I've installed this plugin using this link:

after that if i create a new project an error shows:
"GetFrameworksdkPath" does not exist in the project!
moreover, if i try to build the project manually another error shows:
"javac.exe" exited with code 2.
