com.tvl.util should probably be a com.tvl.collections namespace

Bunch of collections should have own collections (icollections?) namespace, util is overused and seems to be plainly out of place here.

I've decided to make one initial release prior to renaming the package. This initial release will support Java 6+, after which I'll update the library to target Java 8+. Since some of the signatures will break, I'll take that opportunity to rename the package, which addresses your concern as well as ensure that applications using both the initial release and the second release will successfully load both versions of the library.
