Add 'Departure Frequency' section to Aerodrome pages #643
Description
Include a table which outlines the correct departure frequency to assign to departures, detailed as simply as possible. Could either sit under a Delivery heading or in the Coordination section.
E.g.
Adelaide could be:

Sydney could be:
