How can I use Azure Workload identity in the Azure Blob Storage Sink? How should the connection string look like? https://vector.dev/docs/reference/configuration/sinks/azure_blob/

Hello, you can retrieve a connection string from the Azure portal.

It will look like this:

DefaultEndpointsProtocol=https;AccountName=X;AccountKey=X;EndpointSuffix=core.windows.net

yeah.. but I need to authenticate via Workload Identity. But based on #23351 this is not possible anymore (for the moment)

The current Vector version requires the user to set a connection string, it doesn't do anything else. I recommend creating a new feature request here.

Some ideas were discussed here: #23036 (comment) but it's better to move the discussion to a new issue.
