After selecting "Replace" and clicking "Submit" results in blank popup

Describe the bug
After selecting multiple entries, select "Bulk Edit", then in the popup choose "Replace" then clicking "Submit" results in blank popup.

Environmental Info

• Craft CMS Version: 5.6.11
• Multi-site Mode (Yes/No): Yes but the other site is disabled
• Plugin Version: 5.0.0-beta.1
• PHP Version: 8.3.17
• Database Driver (MySQL/Postgres): MySQL/MariaDB

Feels like this plugin is no longer supported.

This is a great feature to have in any Craft version. Hope it becomes a part of the default install but until then...
