Can image mappings and other regional data be imported/exported in vRA 8.18.x?

I see it was removed in

Is there a way to import this data now that i am missing?

Hi @mdittbrenner215 , regional content was removed with release 3.0.0:

We discussed the topic long and wide internally and came to the decision that this type of content is not well suited for the current architecture of Build Tools. To be completely honest, I don't think we will be bringing this kind of content back.

The best alternative to this would be to create a re-usable workflow/action that manages regional content creation and accepts the desired definition as JSON string input.
