Custom notifications for a specific rank of users that joins

VRCX is an invaluable tool when it comes to moderation of an instance. I would love to know if there could be a way to create custom notifications for when certain rank players join an instance. For example in one of my roles as mediation and moderator we have find that most (not all of course) Visitor ranks tend to be trolls.

It would be great to have VRCX send me a notification in game any time say nuisance or visitors join the instance, just to make me aware they have entered.

Is that possible in any way?
