Describe the threat of sites infringing on people's autonomy. #36

Description

@jyasskin

@johnwilander, could you draft some text, either as a PR or in a comment? I suspect it belongs as a new section under https://w3cping.github.io/privacy-threat-model/#high-level-threats. This is related to #18 but doesn't seem identical.

My understanding of your description is that it's about people's right to present themselves to websites as they wish, without their history being used to infer correct or incorrect conclusions about who they actually are. It's probably most related to RFC6973's "disclosure"?
