Add test for Math.max distinguishing -0 and +0

Currently, there is no explicit test verifying that Math.max correctly returns +0 when comparing -0 and +0 as specified in ECMAScript.

ECMAScript is currently tested in Test262.

In this case specifically, https://github.com/tc39/test262/blob/80d1f6dc892f45257488b052c0870c9852824cb1/test/built-ins/Math/max/zeros.js seems to cover this.
