Create endpoint to expose webcompat report src #139
Description
This might be kind of tricky, or maybe it's easy who knows.
When we create a report, we embed a comment <!-- @reported_with: mobile-reporter --> that will use a default value, or a src GET param.
See webcompat/webcompat.com#3359 for some of the values (hopefully all).
It would be cool if we could have an API endpoint to expose this info in a graph, to understand where reports are coming from week over week.
