Add Ping ability #1
Description
As per the Micro.blog help section it's possible to ping a server after posting to inform them that a new post has been created rather than relying on an RSS/JSON feed crawl.
The hook to send a ping should be configurable in config as should the URL of the server to ping (in case you're pinging to a server other than Micro.blog's).
