bug: Telegram notification issue #1525

Current Behavior
Hi there. I've enabled Telegram bot in notification settings. Test notification works normally
It sends message when scan started/finished, but the message content is only "Scan", as in the below image:
The first scan is sent when the scan started, and the second one when finished. But it doesn't contain any detail about the findings, new subdomains, etc.
Expected Behavior
Telegram bot should send details(found subdomains) about the scan.
Steps To Reproduce
- Configure and add telegram bot in "Notification settings"
- Add a new target and start scan(passive - subdomain, URLs)
- The bot will send message - "Scan"
Environment
- reNgine: 2.2.0
- OS: Ubuntu 20.04
- Python: 3
- Docker Engine: none
- Docker Compose: none
- Browser: Chrome(?)Anything else?
sorry if it's excepted behavior. Even it is, i think sending all subdomains for the first scan, then sending only new or removed subdomains is more useful
