Wrong type for Strike field in Instrument class

As per the API doc https://kite.trade/docs/connect/v3/market-quotes/#csv-response-columns,
strike field type should be float but it is String at the moment.

CDS instruments has strike as 75 and bcd has like 75.0000. It has to be as is while generating readable names. If we make it float then the 75 becomes 75.0000. It is used in our internal apps. It shouldn't matter to Kite Connect users.

We will consider changing it to float in the upcoming major release.
