how to change embedding provider or model?

1. delete all existing indexes in milvus
2. delete `~/.context/mcp-codebase-snapshot.json`
3. change embedding provider and model variables in .env
4. re-index codebase?

is it a correct approach? since i wanna to change `text-embedding-qwen3-embedding-8b` to `jina-embeddings-v4-text-code` to see if there is any improvement.
