This pr removes the client side redirects. Redirects will now be handled on the fastly side which will be much speedier and increase SEO. Once this pr has been merged, we will need to use the script to upload the redirects to prod on fastly.

How Has This Been Tested?
/src/pages/redirects.jsononstagebranch and tested the new redirects system by going to one of the urls like:https://developer-stage.adobe.com/app-builder/docs/resources which should redirect to https://developer-stage.adobe.com/app-builder/docs/resources/
Note: I'll be on vacation in the next few weeks so please don't merge quite yet until I'm back and ready to upload the redirects to prod!
